Yeah, sorry I haven't uploaded a -thing- lately. I kinda sorta just got outta school, so at least I'm free for quite a long time (yay!) but I've also been in this nasty art rut that has me going crazy... >< Uhg. Anyway! This is the first thing in -so- long that I actually like. I tried making it more... realistic, I suppose. But maybe that's what I need--more practice on realism.
If anyone has any really inspirational pictures (preferably real life stuff) of poses and whatnot, toss 'em over. I'd really appreciate it. (:
Anyway, this is just my winged elf character on a MMORPG called Perfect World. >w> It's really fun.
Edit: I'm sorry if it's fuzzy. : < My scanner doesn't like me because I abused it.
wow, this is stunning! good sketch overall, the "veins" of the wings are thin, but slender and well done, good body position, the facial expression is very nice and unique looking. I have high hopes of a completed version of this ^w^

Golly, that's one impressive drawing you got there! Pose, anatomy and all that jazz! Impressive work. Remind me later to show you any photos with poses in them and whatnot.

This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Deviousness Award is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one trully outstanding deviant. `Cyantre is one of the most helpful deviants within our community.
